Fantastic hotel and the staff speak pretty good English!

well located, very clean, liked the shower no swimming pool despite website photo breakfast buffet not a good value friendly staff but limited by quality of english got a call from reception one night at 11:00 pm when asleep following up on additional credit card guarantee... overall nice stay

Great location. But overall, not a five star hotel experience. Service was terrible and cleanliness was an issue. Beware of dirty towels and bed sheets. Had to request new ones.

Hotel is very clean and the room is big. Its near metro station but not very close to shopping center. Need to walk for 5-10 mins

Location is great, near subway stations, right beside the computer centers, 1-2 subway stops to Tiahe mall. 5 minutes walk to Taikoo Hui mall (we can see it from our hotel window) I booked a one bedroom, but the room was very dark even with all lights are turned on. It was November and the room was cold, but the hotel hadn't turned on the heat. I called the front desk and was able to moved to a one bedroom suite. My 5 star rating is given to the one bedroom suite I was staying and not the original one bedroom. The one bedroom suite was large, has a nice view, you can see the Canton tower from the windows. It wasn't dark, it wasn't cold, so I extended my stay to 10 days. The furniture in the room really needs updating, you don't want to open any draws or doors, you might have a hard time to put it back. I normally don't use the hotel draws so it wasn't a problem for me. The hotel seems well known to the taxi driver, all the taxi we took the drivers knew where the hotel is. The hotel entrance is in the back alley,so I was worried that some taxi driver might not know how to get there. There's a Cantonese restaurant in the same building, you get discount by showing your hotel card.

The hotel is situated in a busy entertainment district.

I did stay for 3 night, will neve ever stay at this hotel again

Hotel is great, bit hard to find the way in for the first time, great breakfast, but my room did not had a separate shower, some strange curtain to the bathtub.
