I went out in the morning and when I came back to my room at 15:00 they still haven’t clean it! I couldn’t conet to WiFi

Hoteld not accept VISA and MASTER CARD, is a problem when make check inn.

The location was fine. Nor interested in adding more

Room big but I stay5day 4 night nv change the bed sheets ,carpet is dirty , me n Son bitten by insects

Not for the hotel Hotel is well located Room are spacious but really in bad shape and smelly The paper wall is damaged , the furniture too But I wish to thanks the front office team and the bell boy They helped me a lot ! At least it was a pleasant stay Nice view from the room

Small rooms, outdated furniture, bad mattress, bad pillows. The AC was too loud and not manageable, dirty floors. Breakfast had poor selection and the staff don't speak English. I asked for normal black coffee but was served a cappuccino and an espresso, only to find out that they were not included in my meal plan and I was forced to pay. The reception staff were not helpful. I tried to exchange some dollars but their rate was extremely low vs other hotels of the bank. Entrance was from a little alley in the back and couldn't find the hotel when I cam to check in. Just stay away from this dump.

I had a room on the 32nd floor with a wonderful view of central Guangzhou. It was a large room and so good value for money. Did not try the restaurant, but there were plenty within walking distance. There is also a well-stocked hotel shop. Gangding subway station is nearby and taxis are reasonably priced. Temperatures were over 30 degrees throughout my stay in June.
