Amazing spa, gorgeous room with stunning views

We were happy with our stay. Shame we didn't have more time to make use of all the facilities.

A welcome surprise for the price we paid. Great facilities on site and good food, plus room was clean and comfortable. Really liked the in room coffee.

Management failed to address issues and total lack of customer service.

We had an amazing stay in one of the lodges. We were able to use the spa facilities before checking in and upon arrival were even greeted with a lovely card as we were there celebrating my birthday. The space was perfect for our stay, absolutely no complaints. We would love to visit again soon.

There were some minor issues which could have been avoided and I should not have had to raise with members of staff including: 1. No lemon for gin and tonics in the bar on two consecutive nights 2. Extremely slow service in the restaurant - the table next to us was offered a complimentary drink as a result but we were not 3. On one day the used towels were not replaced in the room even though they were put in the bath as requested 4. On both days the tea and milk was not replaced in the room and we had to get supplies from reception 5. The cold tap in the bath was only a "trickle" so the bath was too hot to use safely
