Great location

Was told that there is a secure location to safely store our bikes. But there was none!!!!

Disappointed that the unit we booked was not available the day we travelled to Whistler. The alternate unit was a lower quality and no Pool.

Location!

Poorly equipped kitchen- not even a cheese grater. Booked for a group of 8- only 7 chairs for dining table. Master bed and bath tired and sad.

Property in a great location, it is clean a decently well looked after. Check in was terrible as they never sent the access code at check in time. Very difficult to get a hold of them. Left messages and my call was never returned. We were well past check in time before it was sorted out. Got told that they will re-send codes even though they were never sent in first place - not even an apology. Check out also difficult, have to call a number leave a message and wait for someone to call back. Has to be a better way.

Location in Whistler was excellent.

The furnishings are a bit dated and I found it strange to have a hot tub in the sitting room albeit behind a sliding glass partition. Probably much more relevant during the ski season than in the early summer months.
