When eventually found allocated car parking space and accessed the property it was comfortable and pleasant

Appalling email instructions for finding car parking space. NO instructions to find property from car park. No information to find access door to property requiring a 40 minute walk around the centre including asking at Visitors Centre - who had no idea where to find the property. No information that a luggage trolley was available therefore to elderly couples had to manhandle all luggage a long distance.

Loved everything about this place. Location was perfect. Accommodations were spotless! Plenty of room for everyone ! Surprise girls weekend for my mother in laws 85th ! It was great!

Only complaint was how awkward it was to get in the hot tub especially for older people.

Great location in the village centre

The hallways, stairs were very dirty and rundown. We were very worried but the unit itself was fine. The parking was ok, but a little different-parking space number did not match unit number but figured it out. Signage was not totally visible because of other vehicles. The second bedroom window was looking into interior hallway - not very appealing. I thought I had booked a 2 bed place with an outdoor area but the hottub was in an enclosed deck area. Probably great in winter season, but not for spring/summer when we were looking for outdoor balcony. Also, for some reason I got emails directly from the hotel owner almost daily for about 10 days - same email over and over.

Location great. Host was very communicative. Bed was super comfy.

Couch could probably use a clean

This was exactly what we needed! We have a family of five attending a dance competition at the Westin which is next door. We needed space to spread out, eat, use as a home base while everyone did their thing. It is quite a huge suite, lots of space, well-setup kitchen and living area. Kids slept in the spare room and pullout couches (yes there are two), we enjoyed the crazy indoor hottub, did puzzles and explored the village and trails. Only complaint is the crazy parking situation - it looks sketchy on arrival, and was a bit difficult to find, and then we had to enter a back elevator and pass down a hallway at the back of a couple of restaurants. It felt kind of sketchy entering codes at doors (which we couldn't decipher without confirming with the office over phone) but once we arrived at the place and discovered the door down to the street/village, all was well. Definitely worth it, great value for location and money and size. Will stay here again for sure.
