Check-in is fully remote, and guests will receive an email prior to their arrival with door codes for their unit and a link to fill out the registration form. The door codes will begin working at 16:00 on the day of arrival, and guests may proceed directly to their unit at or after this time. Please note, a parking height restriction of 6'9" (81 in). Guest can enjoy access to the outdoor pool, hot tub and tennis courts at the Hilton Whistler Resort. Age Policy: at least one guest must be 25 years of age or older at the time of check-in and through the entire stay. The reservation will be canceled if guests do not meet this age requirement.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "One of the best locations close to Whistler Gondola!"

The location on this condo could not be better and we could walk to everything and see Whistler gondola and the hill from the living room! Had a great hot tub IN the condo and well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The condo was nice and spacious and we fit 4 of us so comfortably and invited friends over for dinner too and had plenty of space. Very comfortable open kitchen, dining, living space! Huge tub in main bedroom en suite was awesome as well!

The steam shower in the guest bathroom didn’t work so that would’ve been nice to use. Electricity went out for almost 2 days in hallway to quickly go from slope side up stairs to our condo so couldn’t use that convenience. The beds all seem pretty old and squeaky. They are not very comfortable and the guest bed was missing a wheel top left corner so it was slanted that way. Couch bed was ok for a kid but sunk in middle and might be time for a new one

Everything except the outside entry code and the parking location was not easy to find.

The outside entry code keypad stopped working for us. Our code was changed several times, but it continued to not work well. Very frustrating. The ones inside worked much better. Also,the parking location was not easy to find.
