Everything was perfect. The place and the location

Have a oversize car, so it was difficult to park. Powders edge staff, Michael, was ablw to help me with parking, but it was 15 minute walk. The unit ia a timeshare unit, and i will say that although it was outdated and there were things that needed to be fixed, and the keypad entering from outside was invalid and we couldnt access our unit for awhile,we had a lovely stay. Communication was good, but could have been better esp with communication with the hotel that we had pool access - they didnt have a clue what we were talking about and the managsr had to come out everytine we went there to give us the nod. All in all a fantastic location, and i would stay here again.

Very disappointing communication with the property management and overall arrival instructions! We were given wrong address and check in info, property entrance is located in a very sketchy back door area, there is no lobby or check in desk. Parking was very difficult to locate . Propert management group has been very difficult to contact and not returning customers calls at all. Staff has been extremely unhelpful and hostile, unprofessional and also misinterpreting information about the overall items in the apartment! The location of the place was great! In the morning dole of the village and space was very old but spacious.

This property was clean and comfortable. Vocation was amazing located in the village with easy walking everywhere! The beds were especially comfortable table! I will look for this property when I return and will recommend it highly.

Fireplace was not warm

I like the location. It's an older property but it's been kept in very good shape. It was very clean.

Finding the entrance to the apartment was difficult. Maybe it's just me though :)
