Village Gate House by Whiski Jack

The room was stuffy with no windows/doors with security door. Gaining info to obtain the access code was a little painful. Stay was great.

This is a great property located mid-point to everything. Unfortunately, it needs an update. The communication and the check-in direction are very clear.

Working through Booking.com made it difficult to communicate with the apartment staff prior to checking in. (vs being able to respond to emails).

Missing garage key upon arrival, difficulties to communicate through Booking, no AC made sleep uncomfortable.

ALL the Whiski Jack booking staff and property management were EXCELLENT! Very caring and helpful in all requests always a pleasure talking to them! The lobby, elevators and floor areas need a “major" professionally cleaning!! replacing the carpet with something that could be washed clean would be good solution and make a huge difference with the first impression that was not good. Location was great and suite was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Yes, we would book with the great staff of Whiski Jack again. Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable.
