Das Hotel liegt ruhig außerhalb Rhu.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer, in dem es permanent einen lauten unangenehmen Brummton gab. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es sich hierbei um die Ventilation handelt würde, die offensichtlich aussen an der Hauswand entlanggeführt wurde. Zweimal mussten wir zur Rezeption, da die Schlüsselkarte die Programmierung verloren hatte. Im Hotel gab es keinen Aufzug, obwohl es angeblich 4 Sterne hatte. Das Bad war heruntergekommen und in der Dusche war Schimmel. Es gab kein warmes Frühstück, lediglich ein "kontinentales" Frühstück..

"Not very impressed at all"

Hotel needs serious renovation, very tired. Breakfast poor, we came down at 9.30 many items not available, stuff tried their best, no cooked breakfast. My previous visit three years ago was a complete experience

Nice location, friendly staff . Wasn’t the cleanest but it wouldn’t put me off going again. Could be top class if it got cleaned properly and an evening meal was an option.
