Lovely location, thats about it!

When we arrived we were told that they nc longer had a restaurant so no evenina meal or cooked breakfast. The ladv offered to trv and book us at a local pub, but thev were full, she gave us names of different places, or suggested we get an Uber eats delivered to our room When we got into our room, it had an awful smell of damp, we slept with windows wide open, the bathroom fan didn't work, the toilet hardly flushed and nowhere was properly clean. Normallv we would have found alternative accommodation but there was nowhere in the area with availabilitv. We found somewhere for food and came back to Rosslea for a drink (they have a limited bar Breakfast the next mornina was minimal, 4 slices of ham left, and people stood looking bewildered! This hotel is definitely NOT 4 star, it would struggle for 2, i would think that it was 4 star once upon a time, but that ship has very sadly sailed!

Location was great and there is a local bar and shop within a 5 min walk, another bar 15mins walk. Hotel Garden ground was beautful. Staff had a pleasent manner and helpful with information on where to go for food.0

When booking it shares you have a breakfast so you expect a full scottish breakfast but you are met with cereal, pastries, toast, juice and tea. Also no hot food served on a Sunday. - Really missing a good opportunity for additional revenue Bath had suction mat stains, small toilet button wouldnt work and the toilet seat was broke. 1 of the glasses in the room had lipstick marks on it. No fridge in the room so we couldnt keep any drinks cold. 3x male toilets has no toilet roll on the ground floor. No lift to take you to the floors above.
