Was advertised breakfast included but only continental served, nothing hot. Kitchens were down and no food being served for lunch or evening meals. Would have been appropriate to make guests aware before arrival so then could choose to stay or night. We would have not had stayed knowing this.

Nice area .. lovely sea front

Room very outdated . Bathroom needed painting .. Flush in toilet barely working. Lots of 'junk ' lying at the bottom of the stairs .. Breakfast was continental and we had a bug in one of the mugs and there was no bread initially when we first came in . Coffee rubbish .

The location was amazing but hotel not used to its full potential.

The initial look of the hotel and the cleanliness played a big factor in my low score! There were no kitchen facilities therefore we had to leave the hotel for our evening meal and were only given a continental breakfast. The whole hotel needs major improvements and gardens need tidying up.

Booked the hotel from their website, arrived to find they had no functioning kitchen and were not serving any meals other than a buffet breakfast. Room was ok but this hotel needs some serious money spent on renovations - imho.
