The EV charger

It does not live up to its 4 star rating. The hotel is looking run down. It is under staffed, there is no chef, the breakfast offer was poor with jelly instead of jams and stale croissants. To top it off, their televisions were not working/tuned in for the England v Croatia match! Of all the dog friendly accommodations we’ve booked this holiday, they charged double the going rate for our poodle - £30 which is excessive. We would not return.

Het is echt vergane glorie. We hadden een grote lekkage plek in het plafond (die bij personeel al bekend was), schimmel tussen tegels in badkamer, ontbijt echt minimaal, het rook overal muf, onkruid in tuin 2 kontjes hoog!

Everything was perfect expect the food only continental breakfast we were told it was full english and we payed for it on the price but the continental breakfast was awful not worth the money we had to go out pay another£70 for 3days for breakfast else where. The staff were very good and the place was clean rooms getting tired now

Staff (of 2 plus one for breakfast) were lovely. Bed and linen were comfortable and clean. Carpet and nets in windows were dirty, car park very small so not sure where you would park if they were busy. General ‘touch up’ would not go a miss. Unfortunately the kitchens were out of action but the breakfast was poor as this is not difficult to sort. Proper tasting coffee not weak soap water, croissants hard and very limited selection. Would be easily improved with more bread selection, fresh pastries, fresh fruit prepared etc…. Omelette, pancakes and waffles would also be a nice touch along with a full cooked breakfast but this may have been down to the kitchen issue. No discount offered for this though as not available.

Lack of hot food provisions, toilet didn't flush properly, cups were dirty in room and bad smell of damp from bathroom, as fan didn't work

Unfortunately cleanliness was a big issue. The room’s armchairs and carpets were heavily stained and visibly dirty. The drinking glasses were full of handprints. Flushing barely had pressure and the shower stand was broken. In the breakfast, the choice was limited with no hot food. But the biggest disappointment was that even though the table we sat on was clean, the mug had lipstick prints on it. Very disappointed at the lack of attention regarding general cleanliness which isn’t something I ever experienced before.

Staff were lovely and the bed was comfortable

Carpet and nets in window were stained. While the bathroom was clean, the bath and tile grout needed replacing. Kitchens were out of order but no discount nor advance warning provided.
