Chetola Resort

Beautiful location.

The room was very dark. Need more lighting or lamps. Was a bit frustrating.

This place never disappoints. Every time we stay at CHETOLA resort it’s a great stay. This time we stayed for just one night but it was enjoyable.

Timberlake Restaurant was just OK. The resort was nice!

I can’t think of one thing.

Beautiful setting. Room was nice.

Appeared that they were short staffed. Many times front desk and bar were left unattended. Mattress in room left something to be desired. They need to update flyer provided at check-in. It said they closed the kitchen from 2-3 on weekends, but it's closed 2:30-5. Messed my day up! Wedding party at Bar Friday night was very loud and offensive for this type of resort.

The staff was super friendly and accomodating.

I took a girls’ trip to this resort with my 5 year old daughter and we both had the best time. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the pool and the playground and the beach area at the lake. The room was comfortable and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We hope to return soon!

Waited two hours for our food. Took an hour and 15 mins to get the smallest bowl of soup. It took too long for drink refills. Asked the hostess to check on our food, and it still took another 20 mins. After our children couldn’t wait any longer, we took them back to the room, I called down to speak with the supervisor and he said he couldn’t do anything because we didn’t talk to him in the restaurant. Very poor services at the Timberlake.
