We arrived as a family and confirmed that the rooms are connected prior to arriving. When we arrived the check in was a mess. They didn’t have a connecting room which was a big problem for us. Check out was also a mess, they charged us twice for the rooms and caused a lot of confusion. We asked to speak with the manager multiple times and she never followed up. The general manager helped at the end and promised to refund some of the reservation. We have yet to see that refund.

Comfortable bed in a room with a view.

staff at check in were polite but not very efficient. The restaurant was closed (Weds.)

The outdoor campus was beautiful and serene. The facilities were marginal. Rooms look out at parking lots. Our room for the most part was clean but there was chewed up candy and wrappers on a small table on the balcony. The room cups were used and one still had water in it from a previous occupant. The rooms had dim lighting and it was hard to do anything in the room.

No trash can outside lobby or elevator. Staff could be more attentive and responsive. Housekeeping can clean at least every other day as oppose to just a refresh daily. Could have a commercial grade coffee and water machine all day in the lobby instead of small container of coffee only in the morning. Whatever happened to smore night? The game machine in the rec center does not work at all. What are guests paying for to not have basic amenities?
