the rooms were spacious and the whole property was very beautiful!! Very secluded yet close to attractions and downtown Blowing rock and boone.

The room we got was overlooking the parking lot eventhough at the desk they said you would have a nice view with mountains! The beds were very soft !! not for everyone!!

The property is very tired looking. We heard they have new owners so maybe it will improve. Grounds had trash dropped & not picked up for days in common areas. Historical rooms need a full renovation. No usb connectors. Bathroom from the 80’s, furniture too. Windows have a film so views aren’t great. We won’t be back.
