We absolutely loved our stay at Chetola Resort in Boone! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so peaceful and welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the property. The pools were a highlight — options were clean, well-kept, and never too crowded. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the area. The grounds of the resort are stunning — walking around the lake and through the gardens was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything felt really well organized. It’s such a great location too — close to downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, and all the beautiful mountain activities. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend Chetola Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

The location and setting were amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Things are looking a little dated. To make the most of our short visit, it would have been good to know what activities were available to book - for example archery.

The stay was amazing! The view was fantastic and the room was perfect size! The lodge had all of the amenities one could ask for! The on-site spa and restaurant were amazing, the pool and the hot tub were amazing. Only complain I would have were the pillows. My wife and I went for a couple day getaway from our kids. The bed and everything was amazing, the pillows were those long tube-like pillows. In order to sleep well, we had to double up the pillows. Other than that, the stay was fantastic.

Love the property and how convenient it is to have a great restaurant and pub right in the lodge. Rooms were comfortable and extremely clean.
