Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport Hotel

We paid for early check in and was booked into a room with a disabled bathroom. When you had a shower the water went everywhere and we had to use towels to mop up so we could use the rest of the bathroom. No toilet paper either. The showers could do with a makeover. The room was incredible hot with no air conditioning apart from a Dyson fan. We had the window open but had to close at night because of the planes overhead. No sheet provided so had to take the duvet out of its cover and use the cover as a sheet as it was so hot and stuffy! You can hear doors and people above. On the positive side the staff and shuttle service was great!

We were able to check in early and later the man at the desk i believe his name was Deckon or something similar went above and beyond by helping us check into our flight he also help me get something small to eat since the restaurant had 2 events going on the hotel was beyond what we expected we had a little patio to sit out and watch planes and have a drink rooms clean friendly staff i will DEFINITELY be staying here again and i have friends going there next month will be recommending

Great place. Dining was good but music was so loud you could not talk.

Very nice property with friendly staff. A bit higher cost than desired but consciously made that trade for the convenient acts to the terminal via front door shuttle.

Can’t say what the hotel was like as they didn’t honour the booking and was advised while I was on route to it! Then had to go to another Carlton hotel who ended up charging me more for the booking! Not a happy experience

Very convenient to Dublin Airport. Especially the free shuttle! Clean, rooms well stocked. Comfortable bed & pillows. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at the Carlton ,had a meal on rooftop restaurant really lovely rooms were clean and staff friendly.

I have rarely encountered such poor conduct from a receptionist. From the moment we arrived, Mya was condescending and dismissive. Instead of offering even the most basic courtesy, she looked at us as though we were beneath her, which was both unprofessional and insulting. A receptionist is supposed to set the tone for the entire establishment, but in this case, the tone was one of disdain. If this is the first impression they want to give customers, they are succeeding — but for all the wrong reasons. Do not waste your time here.
