Venezia Resort Hotel & Spa

ביקרנו כמשפחה במלון ונהנינו מאוד מהחוויה. המלון מציע אווירה נעימה, מגוון מתקנים ואוכל נחמד פלוס עם גיוון ראוי ומנות זמינות לאורך כל היום. שתי בריכות גדולות ומתחם מגלשות מוסיפים הרבה כיף לילדים ולמבוגרים. החדר שלקחנו כלל מיטה זוגית ומיטת קומותיים, הוא היה פשוט אך נקי ונוח. לבקשתנו הצוות הוסיף מיטה נוספת לילדה השלישית. שירותי הניקיון מצוינים, מנקים היטב בכל בוקר, ואף החליפו מצעים פעמיים בשבוע. התחושה הכללית היא של תמורה מעולה למחיר.

Wybór hotelu był zupełnie przypadkowy, zależało nam na aquaparku dla synów. Chciałam powiedzieć ,że hotel Venezia to zdecydownanie super opcja jeśli chcesz odpocząć, naładować baterie i budzić sie z promieniami słońca na twarzy. Czytajac opinie rodaków, chciałam anulować rezerwacje i cieszę się, że jednak zaryzykowałam. Dawno nie była w hotelu gdzie wszyscy są tacy rodzinni, uśmiechnieci i służa pomocą 24H. Czystość : Mieliśmy pokój 436 - block 4 - czysto, klimatyzacja działała, winda też, woda w pokoju, czajnik, kawa :) czysta pościel, ręczniki. Panie codziennie sprzątały, wymieniały ręczniki, wynosiły śmieci. Recepcja na 6! Późny przylot i możliwość skorzystania z kolacji , co wcześniej nigdzie nam się nie zdarzyło. Opcja all : Jedzenia tyle , że szczerze jeśli ktoś powie ,że średni wybór to chyba szuka dziury w całym. Synowie brzuchy mieli pełne ,a tego człowiek sie najbardziej obawia -żeby dzieci nie chodziły głodne. Pizza, frytki, spagetti , rewelacyjne ryby. Jeśli czegoś brakowało to naprawde wybór był tak ogromny, że można było zdecydować sie na coś innego. Napoje naprawde bardzo dobre , nierozcienczane wodą. Pozdrawiam Pana barmana chyba Emanuela. Serdeczny, miły - synowie bardzo go polubili Obsługa restauracji, barów cudowna od uśmiechnietego Pana menagera po kelnerów i kelnerki. Animacje: Codziennie coś innego , animatorzy super. Ja szczególnie pozdrawiam Pana z afroo na głowie (w stylu gwiazdora LMFAO :)) , gość petarda uśmiech, ruchy !!!! Plaża i transfer : Plaża oddalona od hotelu ale o tym wiedzieliśmy , natomiast hotel zapewniał busa na plaże i z plaży (chyba 4 kursy ), ponadto gdyby ktoś chciał pojechać do Rodos - stare miasto transfer też można było zamówić osoba dorosła 10 euro dzieci do 13 roku za free. W hotelu strefa tylko dla dorosłych, wiec też fajna opcja. Osobiscie jestesmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni i dawno nie byliśmy w tak cudownym miejscu. Bedziemy polecać i na pewno wrócimy.

De glijbanen voor de kids, alhoewel er elke dag maar 2 van de 3 operationeel waren.

Het eten bij het buffet, veelal varkensvlees. Eten vaak koud, elke week hetzelfde. De kamers, op de site prachtige grote kamers, kom je aan totaal niet wat je ziet, receptie verwijst je door naar je bookings site, ga daar maar klagen! , elke dag meegemaakt met mensen die arriveerden.!! En als je om een manager vraagt is hij er niet, kom mrg maar terug!! En oh dan is hij er ook niet. Bed (slaapbank) voor een 3 pers kamer, zo slecht, mijn zoon heeft op het matras op het balkon zijn vakantie doorgebracht! Onderstel was niet normaal, van staal!! All inclusief, no way! Mythos bier (lokaal) moest worden betaald, want ze hadden 1 of andere vage bier van de tap die niet te pruimen was!! Supermarktje van hunzelf 24/7 open, duur! Want ja midden op een berg niet veel keus om boodschappen te doen. Langere checkout betaald tot 18.00 uur, schoonmaakster om 09.30 al! What time are you going??!! Om 17.00 weer de schoonmaakster, what time are you going!! Lekker klantONvriendelijk!! Adults only sectie, kreeg ik daar pas te horen!! Schoonmaak zo slecht, balkon per ongeluk pinda's laten vallen, in een hoekje geschoven en 5 dagen later pas weg! Zwembroek van zoon, spoorloos!! Receptie gebeld, heeft de schoonmaak het per ongeluk meegenomen tussen de handdoeken? We will check, nooit meer iets gehoord! Toiletten op Resort, smerig! Vaak geenwc papier!! En haren op de grond!! Voor bijna 4000 euro, 3 personen nooit meer dit zogenaamde resort!!

Huone oli hienompi mitä kuvissa (ilmeisesti remontoitua puolta). Useampi allasalue oli erittäin positiivinen yllätys! Aamiainen oli hyvä. Hotellilla oli riittävästi palveluita. Hotellilla oleva itämainen ravintola oli loistava ja palvelu siellä hyvää!

Aamiainen ok, mutta all inclusiven muut ruuat aika suppeita.

We had the most wonderful week at Venezia Resort — I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! My partner proposed to me on our second day at Kalithea viewpoint, which made the whole trip truly perfect. Staff The staff were absolutely over the moon when we shared our engagement news — they felt like our adopted Greek aunties and uncles! We had such a laugh with them. They were incredibly hard-working and always made a lovely effort to stop and chat as we passed by. A special thank you to Maria — she had the most amazing energy and always went above and beyond for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you also to Stergos, Pinelopi, and Anastasia for the fantastic recommendations and just for being genuinely lovely people. Tony at the Marrakesh Restaurant was fab — the food and wine he recommended were spot-on. Food We weren’t expecting gourmet, but the food exceeded our expectations and was better than what we've had at previous all-inclusive hotels. We especially loved the snack bar for the gyros. The buffet had a bit of everything (even Sunday roast dinners!), which was great for variety. Drinks The beer and wine on tap (both red and white) were decent, and we became a bit obsessed with the Tequila Sunrise cocktails at the Cosmopolitan and the Strawberry Daiquiris at the Marrakesh Pool. Room We stayed in a swim-up room in the Cosmopolitan pool area. It was clean, comfortable, and ideal for two guests. The bed was super comfy too. Tip: Don’t leave the bathroom window open — we did, and it attracted a lot of mosquitos! Hotel Entertainment Entertainment wasn’t really our thing, but it seemed ideal for families or anyone who enjoys lively, cheesy music. There’s a timetable posted by the Cosmopolitan bar if you want to plan around it. We spent most of our time exploring the island, so only caught a couple of the evening shows. Pools The swim-up pool was always a perfect temperature and spotlessly clean — we loved relaxing there.
