Venezia Resort Hotel & Spa

Me and my partner both enjoyed our stay as the resort was extremely clean and the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcomed! The food was lovely and there was a lot of options to choose from, the cocktails were also made amazingly and again plenty of choice! The Marrakesh lounge was our favourite it was beautiful and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend and would enjoy to come back!

⛔️ Terrible experience – avoid this place! 1. The room was filthy – dirt, dust, and no attention to hygiene. 2. Constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom – disgusting and unacceptable. 3. The safe costs extra – seriously? This should be standard in any hotel. 4. Towels were never changed during our stay. 5. No cleaning of the coffee area – cups and surfaces were left dirty. 6. The pool closes at 6 PM – ridiculous for a vacation destination. 7. TV was broken – we complained, they promised to fix it. They didn’t. 8. No air conditioning in the dining room – it was hot, humid, and very uncomfortable. 9. The women at the reception were extremely rude, cold, and unhelpful – they made no effort to assist and acted like we were a burden. 10. all inculsive was far from being that, after 930 nothing to eat... after 11:00 pm they charge for drinks 11.Absolutely not worth the money – stay somewhere else.

Fajny aquapark, obsługa.

Brak dobrej kawy. Plac zabaw dla dzieci otwarty w godz. 10-18 ale nie da się wejść bo jest zbyt gorąco. Pokoje dość małe, szczególnie łazienka w której nie mieści się nawet umywalka. Lody niesmaczne.

Siisteys, huoneet, henkilökunnan palvelun taso oli hyvää varsinkin Cosmopolitan alueella. Myös vastaanoton henkilökunta oli todella hyvää. Aamupala ja illallisravintolassa henkilökunta oli aika väsyneen oloisia

Ruoka- todella yksipuolista ja samaa, vaikka oli teema illat, emme huomanneet mitään eroa. Samoja salaatteja, ei liha ruokia oikein ollenkaan. Iltashow luokatonta. Kova yritys, mutta kun ei vaan lähde niin ei. Bingoa, musavisaa jnejne suoraan kahootista ja musat YouTubesta.

Rooms were immaculate, food was fab and the spa is great.

All pools close at 6pm

Friendly staff, nice hotel facilities and pools (especially a small waterpark for kids). Nice location with beautiful views, outside of main towns and beaches (e.g. Faliraki is a 5min by car/20min walk away and especially Rhodes is 20min by car, this is for some an advantage and others a disadvantage), so one needs transport (it is wise to rent a car). Very convenient mini supermarket in the hotel. Overall, despite some negative issues, our stay was very nice and the family enjoyed it.

Our room when we entered was not very clean. There were some brown stains on the bathroom door that could have been cleaned (I did easily with some paper). There was a regular cleaning service so next morning the room was cleaner, but generally it did not feel as fresh as expected as the room is somewhat run down. There were no toiletries available, which was shocking, so you had to purchase some from the hotel mini market. We were somewhat amazed by the fact that all pools shut down at 6pm. 8pm i can understand, especially given the long Greek summer. But 6pm seemed too early. We were disappointed by the fact that a small kids playground, located at the waterpark, was shut down at 5pm. Why not allow children to have an area to play in the early afternoon? Thats exactly the time that the sun setting down allows children to play nicely without every surface burning. The restaurant and buffet was quite nice and with many options, although somewhat repetitive. The quality of the food was not the best, although when you book at an all inclusive hotel with mass consumption, one should expect this. Given the variety of options, one can find something she/he likes.
