Wonderful European hotel, great location, friendly staff, very comfortable. Love the pool and sauna!

Overall an adequate hotel for a short one-night stay. In a decent area of St. Petersburg, rooms were clean, and staff was very accommodating when I requested a 345am taxi to the airport. Wifi was a bit on the slow side.

Good hotel; one negative comment: a/c has limited power and windows could not be opened. Room was somewhat staffy

Upmarket hotel,great staff. Used wheelchair room which was good although it had a bath not an accessible shower. Room was slightly less swank than expected.

This is a very nice hotel located by the Griboedev Canal and Haymarket Square, about a 5-10 minute walk to the Haymarket (Sennaya) Square metro stations. I think this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Russia: no weirdness or rude staff or tiny towels or bugs or any of the other quirks one used to encounter in St. Petersburg hotels. They provide a wide range of services, including an inexpensive minibar, in the rooms, everything you'd need to keep comfortable. I really enjoyed breakfast on the top floor. Wonderful view! A little expensive but worth it for the convenience, quality food, and great scenery. I think I would stay here again.

Conveniently located with great concierge staff.

The location is perfect , but the room beds are small , they also charge us for registerations fees idon’t know why

1- the air conditioning was not very good ... it is acceptable but not as expected 2- the hotel staff rejected my request to delay check out until 1 pm ,only 1 hour !!! 3- the location is amazing

Convenient, close to city restaurants, good quality rooms, excersize room and pool and good food and staff. Highly recommended to stay in town. The only down side was it was about 15 min walking from city attractions which was a nice and good walk. (No issue)
