"A beautiful, relaxing farm-stay, located close to the wonderful Mt Field National Park."

Our Queen-sized accommodation was a small self-contained cottage. (A fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, but no oven etc.) It was very comfortable and attractively decorated. The bed was great, the shower was hot, we had a lovely stroll around the farm and we went on some fantastic walks in nearby Mt Field National Park. We also took advantage of Trish and Steve’s offer to have our dinner cooked and delivered to our door……delicious!! I would definitely recommend Hamlet Downs to others who are heading to this part of Tasmania.

The only thing that would have made life easier is a basin in the living room…for filling the jug and washing out mugs and glasses.
