It was great to feel isolated but also excellent proximity to Mt Field National Park. We felt so welcomed and at home in beautiful surroundings. Great walk around the property.

A lovely quiet place, with plenty of space to walk around and enjoy the farm environment. Steve was a great host, and our breakfasts and dinners were excellent.

Great location for our destination. The accommodation was very comfortable with extra touches of homeliness. Tricia and Steve were great hosts and we enjoyed delicious home cooking whilst on our stay. Would highly recommend.

"Generous hosts, beautiful farm stay and delicious meals."

Trish and Steve were generous hosts who went over and above to make us feel at home. Trish’s meals were delicious and Hamlet Downs was perfectly located and within easy reach of Mt Field National Park and Hobart. Steve and Trish gave us great tips on restaurants and suitable walks to do. We had a wonderful stay.
