Una experiencia inolvidable en el Palacio Riad Sheherazade. Cada rincón refleja elegancia, autenticidad y una historia viva del arte tradicional. El ambiente es tranquilo y mágico, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar. La atención fue impecable desde el primer momento; el personal es amable y muy profesional. Agradezco especialmente al señor Mohamed por su disponibilidad y su gran ayuda, así como por organizar nuestro traslado desde el aeropuerto. Recomiendo este lugar sin dudarlo y espero regresar muy pronto

El Riad Palacio Sheherazade es un palacio maravilloso, lleno de una riqueza tradicional única que nunca había visto en ningún lugar del mundo. El desayuno fue excepcional, con una oferta tradicional deliciosa y muy tentadora. No pude resistirme a la belleza del palacio, y el servicio fue igualmente excelente. Un agradecimiento especial al señor Mohamed, quien nos ayudó muchísimo y organizó un coche para recibirnos en el aeropuerto. Gracias a todo el equipo. Recomiendo este palacio a todo el mundo y sin duda volveré muy pronto.

The hotel was hard to find. The address on the website doesn’t pull up at the correct location on gps. Hotel was charming but very dark and not well maintained. We had to request change of sheets, they were dirty and had hair on them. No hot water for shower. We had to wait till late morning to get Luke warm water. Breakfast was included with stay but had limited choices and a slow service.

Der Palast Scheherazade ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort mit einer schönen und ruhigen Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich dort sofort willkommen. Das Personal ist professionell und freundlich, besonders Mohammed, der sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit ist. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, frisch und sehr gut gewürzt. Der Service ist schnell und organisiert. Ich habe den Besuch sehr genossen und kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen.

Lorsque vous rentrez dans ce palais, vous oubliez toute l’agitation extérieure et tous les bruits pour accéder à un havre de paix et de sérénité. Avec les lumières, le faste qui vous entoure, vous êtes dans un autre monde, dans un autre temps. L’ambiance est magique et l’accueil est très chaleureux. La chambre est belle, vaste et très confortable, la salle de bain dispose d’un jacuzzi. Le menu du dîner vous offre un festival de salades et des tajines délicieux.

أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والامتنان إلى قصر شهرزاد وطاقمه المحترف على حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة. مكان راقٍ يجمع بين الأصالة الأندلسية والفخامة، حيث يسود الهدوء والراحة في كل ركن. الطاقم في قمة اللطف والاحترافية، حاضر دائمًا لتلبية كل الطلبات بابتسامة. الغرف واسعة ومريحة ومجهزة بكل ما يلزم، والخدمات المقدمة ترقى إلى أعلى المستويات. تجربة رائعة لا تُنسى، وأنصح بها كل من يبحث عن التميز والأصالة في مدينة فاس.
