"Really good hotel with friendly staff "

Check in was friendly and easy with everything explained hotel is in a funny location but perfect for what I needed (I was attending a local festival) Staff cleaned my room daily which was an unexpected pleasure! Room had some dust on walls and headboard bot otherwise perfect. Would happily stay again

"Great for our needs"

Was visiting the British Masters at the Belfry & the National Arboretum. Searched for a convenient location for 2 nights & found this hotel. Easy to find right off the motorway (but nice & quiet). 20 mins to the Belfry & 20 mins to the Arboretum. Hotel was nice & clean, rooms good & a peaceful 2 nights sleep. Breakfast was decent in the morning with plenty of choice. All staff were very friendly & we felt really welcomed as guests. Perfect choice for what we were looking for & will definitely keep it in mind if we are every back down in that area & need a place to stay

The reception area, corridors and bedroom, all very clean and tidy. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We decided on checking in to have breakfast the following morning. Usual buffet breakfast with a good choice of dishes, and plenty of drinks, cereals, baked goods etc. Good value for money.

The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful, we hadn't realised when we booked that the room hadn't got a walk in shower, my wife is disabled and although we could have managed at a push the person in reception found us a room which suited us better and swapped it for us. The rooms are very comfortable far better than any Travelodge we've stayed in around the same area or any other area really. It's our first time in a best western, it won't be the last!
