Great location, clean and comfortable, dogs were welcome with a great outside space for dogs.

Just stayed here, 2 adults and a 3 year old whilst in the area visiting family. All staff who worked this friday/weekend made us feel very welcome. Very accommodating for children. My 3 year old was asking for a lolly randomly when we got there and the receptionist remembered it a couple of hours later and gave her a free one for dessert as well as a big tub of felttip pens to keep her busy. Both evening meals and breakfast were lovely! They were always happy to give my daughter free milk at all hours. The night shift guy was very friendly and welcoming. Especially at 3am! When we visit family again we will definitely stay here again. Also very close to the Twycross zoo so a great place to stay with kids!

We arrived very late and were greeted by a lovely lady for check in and made us feel welcomed Room comfortable

I booked two triple rooms for my family and I. Check in was easy and check staff friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, quiet. They had enough pillows and towels. The soap and shampoo dispensers were fully stocked. The power shower was great and easy to use. There was hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room and tea and coffee properly stocked. The lighting in the bathroom and room was nice and bright. I was really impressed by the high standards at the hotel and rooms prices. Excellent value for money and was a great place to stay with my family. I was travelling with children so being able to buy food and drink on site was handy as well as Mcdonalds close by. I would definitely stay at this Best Western again.
