Nice hotel Modern comfortable room Food reasonable if repetitive Nice staff Pool beds need replacing - past their best

The hotel is great, the staff are helpful, it's clean and the food is good.

Some good, some bad. On arrival our room was133 - awful room, worst hotel room I have ever seen. We also had no towels!! Or kettle or water in the fridge. Not 4 star standard. I had asked when booking for a nice room as this trip was for my birthday. We eventually got a new room 2 days later, but we had to pay for an upgrade (£5pppn) for our remaining 3 nights. The room we were given was 436 - and it was lovely! Pool and sea view- a million times better than our last room. reception staff and waiting staff were lovely. There is a tall man in the restaurant who you pay your money to for drinks, he is beyond rude!! Food was ok, lots of choice. Hotel entertainment was really really bad!! I think we lasted about 2 minutes before returning to our room. On my birthday, the hotel didn’t acknowledge this at, which I was really disappointed about. I always go away for my birthday and every single hotel has made an effort on my birthday, whether that be a card, wine, upgrade or spa voucher .. anything! But nothing here. I’m not sure i’d return. We also went to the F1 and Barcelona for the day - both worth a visit.

Fantastic hotel - great location, excellent facilities. Food was very nice, superb variety. Everything was very clean. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay here and it was just as good as the first visit. Friendly staff, lovely spa, good food and a comfortable room.

Very happy with the hotel room and pool

Started badly as they expected our 13yo boy and 9yo girl to sleep in a double bed but all was sorted quickly and it was a nice relaxing stay. The entertainments team were excellent and that makes it a great family hotel with lots of actovities every day. A lovely outside pool and a fabulous spa area and indoor pool. Great local restaurants nearby. Travel from the airport by train or coach is simple and affordable. Great value for money. Beach is a bit stony at waters edge but no shortage of beaches if you want it more shallow and sandy.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at this hotel over 15 years and the standard of service and comfort is still the same overall a superb hotel .

Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities like gym and spa. We had a fab family room overlooking the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has parking facilities which was great. The food was really good buffet style with great variety of everything from fresh juices to a huge selection of meats breads cereals croissants fruit etc. Dinners equally good. Only criticism is that they allowed people to leave their towels on the pool sun loungers all day from early morning. Whole families taking 10-13 loungers in one go for their kids and kids didn't occupy them at all since they spent all day in the water. The Caletes beach is very nearby and really nice. The night entertainment was great. We saw a Village People tribute band and was great fun.
