Great front desk reception. The room was super clean and Holiday Inn Express has the most comfortable beds of any hotel chain, imo. Overall, the best value for the money.

There was mold in the air conditioner, made us both very sick. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, I would advise none of you As well.

It is in a nice spot, however there was no inforcing of mask wearing and was not able to get breakfast safely The bed was to height to get on without a stool and too soft

"A/C too old and noisy "

The room was good but the a/c is too old, makes a lot of noise and the temperature is inconsistent. We didn’t have a good night of sleep there.

"Excellent"

Nice place right by a large pond. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. There was a large group of people there for I guess a baseball game who were way too loud and partying/talking in the hallways until 1am - that was the only annoying thing. Otherwise, the place was fine.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. If you book here don’t stay in first floor. People are noisy. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet was not a buffet. Due to this COVID-19. But you can still get breakfast. Overall, if I had to visit Port Charlotte again, I would stay here.
