I have to tell you maybe the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever had at a hotel

Great service and check in was very fast and almost finished when I arrived Room is very comfortable

Both the lobby and the rooms have been Newly Renovated. (2019)

Room is modern with sliding glass barn doors on the spacious shower. Room was soft and had plenty of pillows. A chaise lounge in the room was comfortable and perfect for reading and surfing the net. Restaurants nearby and east access to the interstate was a plus! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty!

This is my favorite and actually the only hotel I stay at whenever I'm in the Port Charlotte or Punta Gorda area. The entire staff and I mean entire staff are friendly and do whatever they can to make our stay exceptional each and every time. Phyllis at the front desk is dynamic. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our room A/C was not working at all, moved to another room and the A/C wan not working properly, staff was nice, from desk and housekeeping very special people. Hotel needs better management, elevator was dirty most of the time.
