Mostly clean but not perfect. Carpet was wet next to AC from condensation. Friendly staff. About as expected from a budget hotel.

"Go somewhere else"

Front desknstaff were great. Everything else was.poor. the room was old, carpet worn, odor, tub had gunk all around it. They need to just stop selling rooms and renovate.

Toledo hotels are extremely expensive, so we found Perrysnurg to be an excellent option This hotel had a bit of age to it with old carpets and old sheets but it is being well kept, bathroom reno and the breakfast is good. We also like the shopping available. Staff here seem stretched but very kind.

"Too dirty"

Friendly staff, low price. However, property has a musty smell. The carpet in our room was filthy- our baby crawled a bit and her pajamas turned grey, as did my get after walking around after my shower. Breakfast was mediocre; the streamer tray was set up so that water droplets kept dropping into the eggs and sausage, making soggy.

The people were nice, but the room left a lot to be desired: black mold in the bathroom grout, stains on the chair and wall, broken dry wall by a light, and the room had two TVs but both had broken sound (one was blanketed by a static-like noise on all channels, and the other wouldn't make sound at all).
