Room was "clean", but everything was worn and old. From the carpet in the hall to the tub and comforter in the room. I'm really disappointed and not sure how they still have the rating that they do.

The hallway smelled very bad, like theres mold and dirty wet carpet, rooms had the smell as well, unventilated. Front desk staff were very nice and friendly. For the busget it was oke.

Mold in the shower grout. Unexplainable smell. The mattress was well beyond its useful life. The staff uses the ice machine located near guest rooms starting before 6am to prepare the breakfast area. And someone with a key tried entering our room. I was told that a manager would be in touch, but that never happened.

The room was clean and the jacuzzi was large.

The tile surrounding the jacuzzi is falling off the walls. Our bathroom sink didn't drain at all.
