The first room had mold. Moved to the second. Slightly better. This hotel is rundown. The night manager said the morning manager would try to make amends for the port room. The morning manager had no concern whatsoever.

The air conditioning never got the room cool. We kept lowering the temperature as far as it allowed, but that didn’t help. We ended up sleeping with just the top sheet to sleep. Once you’re in bed you don’t want to move to another room, so we dealt with an uncomfortable warm room to sleep.

The room was nice. It was quiet and the staff was very nice and welcoming. The bathroom had mildew or mold on the ceiling and also on the side of the tub. The bottom of the tub was dirty. Definitely not a clean bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The wall next to the bed had burgers on it. The head boards were dirty/greasy. Breakfast was a good selection, tasted good too. Breakfast area was clean and welcoming. Check in and out were both quick and staff was welcoming and helpful.
