I am only on day one and I am so impressed with the level of service by all staff . The staff was to ensure you’re looked after , they really care . Check in was smooth, the staff that drive the carts are so helpful. Special thank you to Mohammed and Zaid. Hope the next few days will also be special.

Arrived late at night and we were warmly welcomed at reception by Nasser who offered us food if we were hungry and taken to our room which was basic but clean and spacious with a sea view and a pool right outside perfect start. Again all reception staff were 5* always on call thank you to Safat? for sorting out our only glitch with our transfer efficiently. As an early riser breakfast from 6am was ideal for me and as a fussy eater there was plenty to choose from and again the staff were welcoming and they cater to your needs they work long hours and never stop to make your stay the best and tipping is appreciated which was well deserved. Thank you Khalid the beach manager who made sure we had everything we needed and to Ahmed the lifeguard with the mustache who had everything under control 😉 definitely 5* pampering. Again all lifeguards were very accommodating. All the friendly entertainment team shout out to Mooka great with the kids to keep them engaged then the adults. Having mobility issues I was worried about the amount of steps there was, but great if you want to keep fit, but they have golfcarts that ferry you around the resort so it was no issue at all . All the guys in La Casa the service and food is lovely and all wait staff in the main restaurant couldn't do enough. Special mention to Aboo Marty our 'race car driver' who made our week memorable 🫶🏾 first class diving school on site must try snorkeling so much to see. Definitely recommend this resort quiet yet active short drive to old market, can book excursions on site or relax on the resort feeling safe and secure for yourself and your items. Could go on forever everybody does there bit so you can relax. 10/10

Location is great, it’s close to everything, rooms are clean and luxurious, great value for the price, extremely clean and chill, pools are great, especially the bottom one, much appreciation to the staff Robin and Mina which helped us a lot and were extremely cheerful and just amazing, I would totally visit again, adding the photo of my fav staff member just so you all get to know this amazing person

Had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort, the animation team was absolutely incredible always energetic, friendly, and made every activity so much fun throughout the day. The night shows were entertaining professional and created such a great atmosphere every evening also the bars were excellent with great drinks beautiful vibes and very welcoming staff.

A fabulous week at the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh. The room was great, the food was lovely, especially in the Italian restaurant Al Casa. It was a perfect week of relaxation. The staff were lovely and very respectful. Special mentions must go to: Naira, Ahmed, and Ayman in the restaurant for their attentive service. Hani in housekeeping and the great towel sculptures. Danny and Kareem were great in the bar, and especially Khater who does an amazing job. They made us feel very special and welcome. Would 100% return — highly recommended!

The team was very friendly, professional, and always made us feel welcome. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the whole resort was clean, beautiful, and relaxing. I have visited more than 15 hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, and this is by far the hotel I loved the most. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh. The whole resort is spotless, the rooms are huge, and the balcony furniture was gorgeous — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The staff truly made the holiday unforgettable. A huge shout‑out to Ahmed, Ayman, and Naira in the restaurant for their kindness and great service. At the pool bar, Danny, Kareem, and Khater were fantastic and always made us feel looked after. Kalim at the spa was wonderful, and Hani in housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout our stay. Every single one of them went above and beyond to make our trip special. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time. We would 100% return — highly recommended!
