The hotel area is very large and spacious, more suitable for active people. Clean and well-groomed. The food was generally satisfactory, more seafood would be perfect. The hotel staff was kind and responsive, any question or problem was resolved without undue delay. Special thanks to the animation team. The children really liked the activities and activities in the children's area, special thanks to Sarah for her sincerity and positive energy. The energetic Shady was great at addressing and engaging guests in daily activities, considering that tourists usually prefer to use lounge chairs and bars 😊 The DJ works great with the rest of the team, the appropriate music for the respective activity created a special atmosphere and fun was guaranteed in any activity. The children really liked the mini Dico every evening - it was like a cherry on the cake, ending the day. Adults also had the opportunity to enjoy the evening rhythms with all their heart, the excellent selection of music encouraged many to indulge in dance rhythms. Thanks DJ Mode

The tennis court opens at 9:00, which is quite inconvenient. I would have liked to play before breakfast, not at lunchtime when it's hot.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made everything feel easy and enjoyable. A special mention to Mario, Abdulrahman, and Ahmed—the lifeguards who really went above and beyond, along with Hesham at the drinks bar, who was fantastic (a little tip definitely goes a long way 😉). The front of house team always greeted us with a smile, and we can’t forget Mohamed from excursions, who was also brilliant. Huge thanks to the whole team! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great attention to detail. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. All the facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully set up for guests. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation! From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcome — everything was well-organized, clean, and comfortable. A special highlight was the kids club. The activities were fun, engaging, and thoughtfully planned for children of different ages. Our child was always excited to go to play with AMIRA and didn’t want to leave! The animation team deserves special praise. The animators are incredibly energetic, friendly, and genuinely care about the children. They create a warm, joyful atmosphere and know how to keep kids entertained throughout the day with games, shows, and creative activities. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and would love to come back again!

We are having a wonderful stay at the hotel for 10 days. Highlights - clean and well kept throughout - No1 thing - every staff is attentive and NOT overbearing - more than enough sun beds - local spirits but still does the trick and drinkable wine - food and service at Calamari restaurant for lunch and dinner Our favourite and best staff: -Ahmed Sayed, the aqua pool lifeguard. He is always happy to help, keeps the pool area spotless ! Works so hard - Moustfa at the lobby bar always serves with a smile and makes everyone feel welcome - Eslam and Mohammed at the pool bar make fantastic cocktails and keep the drinks flowing with great service and good humour. - Mohamed Mahmoud at the Calamari restaurant brought great vibes and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He works alongside two other hard working men, Amr and These staff members truly deserve recognition for their dedication and the excellent service they provide. Their hard work and positive attitude have helped make our holiday extra special.

We had excellent service during our 8-day stay at the Renaissance. The staff were consistently very friendly and courteous. We would particularly like to praise Ramy and Kareem from the beach bar and Mohammed from the recreation team who handed out towels on the beach. They were very attentive and always in a good mood.
