Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort

We stayed for eight days. The food was varied and delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean and respectable, and everyone can find what they're looking for—a quiet place or some fun.

Let's start from the beginning The hotel is close to the airport, which is convenient We arrived and checked in very quickly We were given good rooms (we thanked them) in 7 buildings I don't know if they would have given us a room for free The rooms are clean They're not brand new, but I wouldn't say they're old! The most important thing for me is that the bathroom is perfectly clean There's no rust or dirt anywhere The food I understand that the food is different every day, just like anywhere else You won't go hungry for sure Yes, there may not be a million dishes here But there is a choice and everything is delicious. There are fruits and pastries, just like everywhere else! And it's delicious 1 main restaurant, the staff is trying their best, they clean everything quickly They bring juices and other items even without money, but they bring them to us faster when we give them 2 dollars In Egypt, 2-10 dollars can do wonders!)) We had a wonderful six-night stay at this hotel with truly excellent customer service throughout. Special thanks to Abdelrhman at the Coast Restaurant, who took great care of us by ensuring we always had a lovely table and attentive drink service at both lunch and dinner. The food in this restaurant is excellent, lots of different choices and everything is very fresh and well cooked. On our final night at the Casa Restaurant, we enjoyed fantastic food and outstanding service—Khalid went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely looked after. Down on the beach, Mohamed was incredibly thoughtful, bringing us ice-cold water every morning. “Fire” from the animation team kept us entertained with his morning stretches and Zumba. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job, cleaning our room daily and surprising us with beautiful flowers on the bed. We have been truly spoiled by every member of the team. An excellent hotel and a memorable stay - highly recommend this hotel.

The beach is very nice with very nice coral reef. Room service is amazing. The food is also great. A little bit on the expensive side, but overall very nice !

First time in Egypt and it didn’t disappoint. For value for money I cannot complain the food was brilliant lots of variety, rooms were ok, lots of areas to sit and relax. Drinks variety was good, Italian was lovely. The pool by the beach was our favourite the bar man and pool guard were brilliant couldn’t do enough for us. So sorry I didn’t get there names I hope they’re thanked! The reason for four stars; waiters not very attentive in buffet restaurant (lots of chatting) host was rude multiple times queued to get in as the host and chefs/ waiters were chatting we were ignored. Toilets in public areas could be cleaned more often, hotel rooms needs some tlc, evening entertainment not up to standard of hotel chain, a lot of work is needed

Amazing amusement team! Thank you guys for great job and taking care of us! Love the vibe of the hotel, beatiful riff for snorkeling and diving. I love every part of the hotel and the beach. Super clean. Very friendly. The food is rich and very tasty and fresh. We enjoyed also gym, it was really clean.

Its first time for me in egypt and this hotel is amazing i like it and we will say for our frinds to come here every thing here is amazing food and rooms and music and beach and very nice zomba dance with fire from animation team .every thing here is clean and good thank you egypt .
