This is my update regarding this issue. Despite providing clear and verifiable evidence, the hotel continues to repeat an explanation that does not reflect what actually happened. To summarize: Confirmed reservations were cancelled on the day of arrival The stated reason was a “credit card issue” My bank confirmed no authorization attempt was made The same card worked without any issue immediately after I have direct confirmation from the hotel that the cancellation was related to a pricing issue At this point, the concern is no longer just about the cancellation itself, but about the ongoing handling of the situation. Instead of addressing the matter transparently, the responses continue to avoid acknowledging the actual cause, while the impact on the guest remains unaddressed. This situation resulted in significant inconvenience, last-minute pressure, and substantial additional cost that could have been avoided if the confirmed reservations had been honored. A confirmed booking should provide certainty and trust. Unfortunately, this experience reflects the opposite. I hope future guests take this into consideration, and that the hotel reconsiders how such situations are handled in a fair and transparent manner.

We had a really great stay at this hotel! 🌴 The rooms are spacious and very clean, the gardens are beautifully maintained, and the pool is clear. Everything around the hotel is well taken care of, which makes the whole place feel very relaxing. The food was very good – tasty and with a nice variety every day. The service during meals was also excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive, friendly and professional, which made every meal even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Sam from the entertainment team 👏 His evening shows are prepared at a really high level and make the nights at the hotel even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful place to stay – we truly recommend it! 😊

Be very careful when booking this hotel. They cancelled my confirmed reservations minutes before arrival, claiming an issue with my card — which turned out to be completely false. After that, I was asked to rebook at a much higher price. This is not a technical issue — this is clearly price manipulation. I have never experienced such behavior from a hotel before. Update after they reply: Thank you for your response, but I must respectfully clarify that this explanation is not accurate. The cancellation was attributed to a “credit card authorisation issue”. As a result of this situation, I was forced to make alternative arrangements under pressure and ended up paying significantly more. This raises serious concerns about transparency and how confirmed reservations are handled. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious, and I hope the hotel provides a clear and truthful explanation instead of repeating inconsistent information.
