Not 3 stars for sure. Nothing good except the location. Smells old, paper caps, cheap cosmetics, but most frastration is a room cleaning; dirt bed sheets, hairs on the floor...

Amazing stay they recommend a pizza place around the corner - fransicos i believe- and it was my favourite pizza the entire trip. Overall clean and lovely staff would stay here again

**Extremely Disappointing Stay – Do Not Recommend** This hotel was nothing like the description or photos online. The property is old, dirty, and badly in need of updates. When we arrived, water was dripping from the awning, the steps were cracked, and the front desk looked chipped, worn out, and unwelcoming. The hallways were dark and smelled musty, with filthy, stained carpets. I booked a room with a **balcony** — the main reason I chose this hotel. The next day, the balcony was closed for “repairs” and never reopened during our 5-day stay. I was promised an update by email, but it never came. Instead, I was told I would only get €60 back per room because I “still had a sea view.” I did not book a sea view — I booked a balcony. Service was poor. No one offered help with luggage, the staff was rude. One night, we returned before midnight and found all doors locked — we had to knock and ring several times before someone finally let us in. Totally unacceptable and unsafe. The reviews and listing online were misleading and do not reflect reality. Avoid this hotel until it has been properly renovated and staff have been trained to treat guests with professionalism.

The carpet in the room was filthy and stained. I had to walk in my flip flopsThere were stains on the headboard too.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Good selection of breakfast. Beds very comfortable, with rooms providing much needed air conditioning and a safe for important belongings. Only cons would be that the hotel wi-fi hardly ever worked. The signal in all areas of the hotel, not just the room, was extremely weak. We also had a plug socket jutting out of the wall, which we avoided for safety reasons, so some maintenance issues. There was also cleaning of marble stairwell with wet mop, but no warning sign to make guests aware of slippery floor, and I did very nearly slip over. On the whole, we were happy with our stay here. Nice is a beautiful place to explore and enjoy the café culture.

Wonderful stay! The rooms are very big for France and clean. Easy walk to old town! Aline at reception was absolutely amazing! She was extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The check in/out process was easy thanks to her.
