Maru was amazing and the girl who arranged all my travel excursions was efficient and excellent

Rare that I review so highly but the stay was great. Great free buffet. Pool was awesome. Upgraded room was bigger than some apartments I have had. Great views from room. The make massage guys are set up in a few side streets and directly in front of hotel. They don’t hassle you except saying massage. Freaky at first but to each their own! The main drag is the next road and short walk to the beach.

Do not stay here. Room infested with cockroaches. Upon arrival the room seemed lovely but soon greeted with critters. At first thought there would be one or two but there have been a tonne ever since and crawling all over the bed during the night. Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend this hotel. Been all over to many places in Thailand and not experienced this at all, could not sleep on the room so a pointless stay!

1. still have not received my deposit back despite an enquiry by the website's contact form, though we were assured it would be returned! 2. had to use a steep ramp to get to the first floor from where we could take a lift to our floor. Was not fun for the old folks in the group - this is really strange, as if elderly or disabled should not be on a holiday.

The hotel property is located at best possible location surrounded by all desired and required amenities and shops. The hotel staff doesn’t understand English language although it’s a 4 star property and English is expected from staff. The hotel staff is not courteous at all and talks irresponsibly. For example when I asked room service to send beer glasses I was told to come downstairs 😳🧐.. that too in a rude way ! I found lots of small ants roaming here and there inside the room for which there was no answer given by house keeping. ( pics attached) I made a video also but can’t upload Only location is great !!

Only thing to add is make sure when you check out to get your security deposit back. When I did check out they did not mention the deposit. So make sure you tell them.
