The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa

The hosekeeper 'Meh' working on the 17th Floor has been very friendly and caring. The room has been cleaned very good every day and additional wishes were fulfilled always. Always happy to have a small talk with her. As a negative point I can just mention loud guests at he neighbor rooms, so the sleep was not so well. The staff at the breakfast and FB manager were also very friendly and take care on customer.

Room was spacious and clean. Spa was dated and not well connected to property. Road to hotel was uneven and dangerous. Elevator has a constant annoying promotional video but above all a pleasant place to stay on a budget.

It was an extremely high-quality place. The staff at the hotel was excellent. The facilities were excellent. This is not the location for you if you want a peaceful stay. However, this is unquestionably the place for you if you want to remain where the action is. Step off the street into paradise.

The location is very nice and in the middle of everything, I enjoyed staying in it, The staff were nice, but very cautious about everything in the checkout. The housekeeping was very clean and efficient. Unfortunately did not get the chance to eat from room service. Thank you

Our room was very clean and in great condition. The staff were freindly throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality with many choices. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

Great location especially if you like to go party. It is close to bangla road and most good clubs and bars. Wifi is spotty. The hotel does have excursions available which is convenient. Nice friendly staff and good pool.

Good location but terrible in terms cleanliness, noise and dining options. Hotel will do anything to keep your bond. We lost our entire bond ($150aud) due to small stain in sheet that would have come out if the sheets were washed. Do not stay here. Find a nicer hotel.
