The staff was very attentive. I visited the hotel post Covid so the breakfast buffet was not the same less choices of food and the hotel lobby had a very funny smell. I stayed on the pool side this visit and had to to walk up and down an annoying ramp several times a day to get to my room. The hotel was in a central location to a lot of shopping and eating and a 5 minute walk to the famous Bangla Rd.

If any downfall would be the pool is only opened from 7am to 7pm. Due to the activity and arvo peak traffic you get back about 6ish.

This having been around the 40th night i have spent here over the past 2 years, i once again found it great value for money and am particularly greatful to Rat on reception who , over that time has solved several reservation problems and made my stays most pleasurable
