Amazing hotel. Large spacious rooms with amazing views. Pools are so nice, staff is so nice. Lovely gym facilities for a quick workout out. Good food. And great location. Central but quiet considering it is on middle of Karon

"It was truly a pleasant stay"

What I enjoyed most was the hotel’s thoughtful service to enhance sleep quality. Guests can choose from different types of pillows and soothing scents, with staff coming in to spray essential oils on the pillow according to your preference. They also provide relaxing tea and an eye mask, making the experience even more comforting. The bed itself is very comfortable, and everything is kept impressively clean. My children especially loved the facilities—there are three pools in total, which kept them happily entertained throughout our stay.

"Nice place, quite pricey but clean and close to shops, bars and eateries"

Nice setting with three pools. Close to down town

Wasn’t told about putting a hold on a credit card for incidentals. Only had a Wise card but that’s a debit card and needed a credit card or have cash. Apparently little trust in clients as had to have a card for towels as well. Not a huge thing but would have liked to know earlier. Had shows but communication was poor. They were good shows but needed to maybe drop a flyer in your room letting you know of events coming up.
