Friendly staff. Always clean

Elevator is hot, there is air con and fans throughout the resort but the elevator is a sweat box, and isn’t the fastest either, so more noticeable when stay on level 9

Staff in Reception and cafe are very helpful and nice. Thanks for making the stay nice.

It is not clear why our luggage has not been handed over back to us when we asked to get our luggage. This made us extremely uncomfortable
