Отдыхали в отеле не в первый раз. Отель после глубокой реновации в 2024 году, все новое, мебель, интерьер, постельные принадлежности, а главное система кондиционирования, это очень важно для нас, так как во время пандемии почти все отели стояли закрытыми какое-то время и климат просто уничтожил все, те кто открылись без ремонта , даже более именитые 5* отели, сейчас в плачевном состоянии. Здесь же идеальное соотношение цены/качества, во многом отель соответствует 5*, хоть и заявлен 4*. Прекрасные завтраки с упором на международную кухню, а не Азию/Китай как уже многие. Большая, зеленая, а главное ухоженная территория, много лежаков, всегда везде хватает, не надо бегать занимать. Большие номера в малоэтажных корпусах, живем только там, семье из 4 человек вполне комфортно (36-38 кв.м.). Море 5-7 минут, 7/11 и фрукты прям на выходе, 3-5 минут и на улице полной ресторанов и массажей.

В прошлые приезды постоянно ходили на тематические ужины (шведский стол барбекю/морской/бразильский и тп), все было вкусно, выбор большой, в этот раз дважды сходили и разочаровались, очень урезали меню, мало мяса, выдают по кусочку, свежего не жарят и поэтому почти всегда все остывшее и сухое, хотя цена не маленькая. Очень рассчитывали на эти ужины когда бронировали. Раньше полотенца пляжные были в свободной доступе, теперь по картам, в целом нормальная практика, но на деле, на стойке у бассейна постоянно нет персонала для выдачи полотенец, либо бегаешь ищешь, либо сам заходишь и берешь полотенца и карты, как итог, доп неудобство без сохранности полотенец от воровства. Вздулось все покрытие у детского водного городка, стало очень не безопасно, а так же все фонтаны льют воду во все стороны, в том числе на лежаки и дорожки, хотя это легко починить, надеюсь поправят это в межсезонье.
