Hotel tres grand et neuf, super pour les enfants, il y’a 3 piscines, 2 d’entres elles sont top avec toboggan pour enfants et aire de jeux, un restaurant et une cafeteria dans l’hotel

Personnel pas fou, le service pas fou, les chambres et couloir ne sont pas aussi moderne que l’hotel, les chambres sont pas tres propre le menage est bof, on a pas eu la chambre qu’on a reserver et la conciergerie à qui on s’est plaint n’a rien fait

The positives: - Larges rooms, some with bathtubs - The pillows, robes and hairdryers are fabulous. The best I've experienced in a hotel - Large outdoor space - Multiple pools - Lots of sun lounges - Concierge app - made accessing information and services simple and easy - Exceptional gym - one of the best I've seen in a hotel setting. The fitness classes are a bonus. Having showers and lockers is a helpful for travel days. Please recognise,Aung, housekeeper for all the fantastic work does. He goes above and beyond, and always with a smile.

The negatives: - Phuket and the hotel is inundated with Russians (80% occupancy), so be prepared for all that brings - rude, inconsiderate guests. - The hotel is also inundated with children, with no adults only or quiet spaces - The rooms are noisey - you hear everything - toilets flushing, kids screaming, people stomping around, doors slamming etc. If you want a place to sleep-in then this is NOT the place. - The onsite coffee shop doesn't start serving coffee until after 8:30 a.m. - The buffet breakfast is overpriced and vastly unhealthy - Overall, the food and drink is expensive, incurs a 10% service charge and additional 7% VAT on every item. Feedback: Hotel management, please seriously consider implementing the following: 1. Add a dual towel rail above the bathtub. The room is lacking towel hooks in the bathroom. 2. Add a hand towel rail to the vanity 3. Make the pool/lounge area near the villas adults only and a quiet zone for relaxing - no talking. 4. Make the pool near reception adults only (18 and above). Adults need a place to relax without screaming children. 5. Make coffee available for order (at least for breakfast) via the room service app 6. Add soft close door hinges to prevent slamming of room doors. (This really is a must). Constant slamming of doors is NOT a relaxing experience for anyone. 7. Fix the air-conditioning in the yoga room 8. Move the meditation sessions to a quiet space...perhaps near the villas. 9. Move the 8:00 a.m. adult fitness classes to 9:00 a.m. 10. Add more adult Muay Thai classes to the schedule.

Excellent! Pool view here is not like in the other hotels. Very good sound isolation, green palm leaves all around, aesthetic, big balcony to chill. Everything is clean, daily housekeeping, perfect air conditioning, fast WiFi and good location. Additionally, we want to highlight housekeeper Aung. He is such a helping and dedicated to his work specialist! Greetings from our family to him, he definitely needs a rise with his attitude to job 👏🏼👏🏼 and all the reception and pool bar staff. Amazing people. Almost cried when it was time to leave because this place made us feel like home! Even better 😁🫶🏻
