Honestly, the best place ever to go with kids. My advice is to arrive around noon and hit the water park. We pack a separate swimsuit bag and leave our luggage in the car until our room is ready (around 4pm). Step one after checking in is to use our lunch coupons from the meal plan. We usually eat burgers in the waterpark, but I get a chicken caesar salad with the lunch meal plan which is also great. After, we rent a large locker at the nearby bathing suit shop and change into our bathing suits. We then put all our clothes in the locker and swim for a few hours. They will text you when your room is ready but if it goes after 4pm you can always text Willow (their AI) or go back up to the front desk and ask when your room will be ready. Once in our room we shower and change for dinner. You need to text Willow to make a dinner reservation at the buffet (included with the meal plan) and while we're waiting for that we head down to the gift shop and activate our wands. If you wait until after dinner to activate your wands there is often a big line up which wastes time. All in all it's a great time. The kids have a blast and lots to do in the water park for everything from babies to teens.
