Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls

Loved everything about this place. Perfect for kid and extremely clean.

I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay at Great Wolf Lodge. We paid extra for a late checkout until 2 PM, yet at 11:01 AM a staff member knocked and immediately walked right into our room. I was in the bathroom at the time, which was not only invasive but completely unacceptable. His excuse? “I thought you were gone.” We made the choice to stay at 9 and spoke to someone directly. The manager said sometimes there is a lag of communication between front desk and house keeping. Really?!? Everything is done through messages and they are immediate. When my husband spoke with the manager, David, he assured us we would receive a coupon and a free upgrade for the inconvenience. It has now been over a week, and nothing was ever sent or honored. To be honest, I have little interest in returning to a place where staff has little concern and regard for guests. Be careful!

Fantastic property, loved all the activities for the kids, the water park was amazing!! So much to do, inside and outdoor pools. We all couldnt get enough. The room was lovely and spacious, the kids were thrillled by the massive bunk beds. I felt the room was dusty, like there wasnt enough air in it. My allergies kicked in on the first night. Also, your bathrooms definitely need an upgrade, the toilet didnt flush easily, and the water from the sink was slow. Aside from these few drawbacks, it was a fantastic experience for us. The options at dinning were fantastic too. I noticed all the staff said hello to us no matter how many times we walked passed them in the day. Everyone was very helpful and kind. We will be back to Great wolf lodge.

Rooms outdated. But Waterpark, staff, service and attention to detail makes up for it.

Easy access to the we go bus from whirlpool aero car which was a few minutes walk from the back of the property. Great Waterpark.

The stay was nice staff could of been a little more nice when it came to kids activities
