I am a senior and I recently booked a stay at Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls to meet up with family and had to cancel just two days after booking. Even though my stay was over 30 days away, I was charged a $50 cancellation fee. Here’s what you should know about their cancellation policy: Cancel within 24 hours of booking: No fee. Cancel 8 or more days before arrival (after the 24-hour window): $50 fee. Cancel 3–7 days before arrival: $100 fee, or the cost of one night if under $100. Cancel less than 3 days before arrival: Forfeit the first night’s deposit. While the lodge itself looks like a fun family destination, I found this policy very strict compared to most hotels, which typically allow free cancellation well in advance. It’s important for anyone planning a stay to understand these fees before booking.

Family enjoyed our stay at Great Wolf. Staff was very friendly, food was great and water park was alot of fun
