Habita, Mexico City, a Member of Design Hotels

This time it was not as good as other times. Too much noise early morning. I think there was some maintenance work out there. On the other hand, I supposed was VIP but they did not mention anyhting, nor did not get any upgrade. Except for this, everything was fine at the hotel, as usual.

We stayed here for two nights and I have AirPods missing from my backpack. All our other valuables were in the safe and I couldn’t fit the AirPods in the safe. I know for sure they were in the bag and never brought out during the trip. When packing to leave, I noticed they were missing. I reported it downstairs to the front desk and they took my information and let me know a manager would be contacting me. It’s been 3 business days and still no contact. I have also opened a case with Marriott. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the staff were not very helpful, not friendly and just a completely different experience than staying at the other hotels from Habita Group. Very disappointing as it’s a great location. Only the bellman and front door staff was friendly

The receptionist lady was very helpful, room clean and provided with everything we needed, good location ..

I was with a big expectations to stay on the boutique hotel on the Marriott chain. However the hotel didn't made any of them. Even if i am gold member they didn't give you free water. It was 40 farenheit at night and they didn't have heater system. Try to get somebody from the reception it was a miracle i spend 15 minutes on the phone listening music and i finally decided to go down abd get my water. For the price it was the most deception hotel I had been

The staff were amazing. Everyone was very accommodating. We traveled with an autistic boy which can be difficult. Everyone was just so nice.

We selected this hotel for outs location and our interest in the architecture. The glass facadein the pictures is a handsome trick, but in every other eay the design is banal and the construction quality is surprisingly poor. The exception here is the very well designed and pleasant roof terrace and pool. For those not interested in architecture, the roof terrace is a great experience and the restaurant was very good. The location is very good for avcess to great restaurants and museums.

We stayed at the Habita on our return to Mexico City from Holbox for one night . We found the hotel to be pretty good - nice location and the rooms were of a good standard. Loved the wrap around glass balcony and unlike other reviews there was little in the way of street noise . The hotel is very well situated in Polanco and ideal to get tv around . We ate both lunch and buffet breakfast both of which were very nice. Would definitely re visit and recommend

The place is great, but it is a place my parents would HATE! There is a full blown rooftop bar... arrived a friday night and you could hear the music all the way to the lobby... but not in the rooms may I add. The rooms are very "modern" look but the hotel itself is old. It is very hip, very young, very cool and it was the perfect setting for it. We had a blast but we could see how older tourists where simply not catching the vibe. Since this trip, I've stayed here on every trip back to CDMX... all good... the location is unbeatable.
