A bit noisy

This hotel is in a great location with lovely rooms and a perfect restaurant.

Pros: Location , continental breakfast, room size Cons: tiny gym with broken machines, very loud rooftop (if you are above floor 3 you will hear it), horrible smoke smell coming from the street and / or the rooftop

The room was outdated and felt like a white box.

Extremely noisy. Windows are single pane, old, and do not lock in place. Very noisy neighbors. Mosquitos in the room. Doors don't have seals. Location is great, but you will not get any rest here.

Very noisy room. They tried to solve by closing the balcony but it is not sufficient

The location is great close to the restaurants in Polanco. The rooftop bar hace a nice view although it’s only 6 stories building. I like it overall....

Rooms clean and neat. Bed was firm and comfortable. Fruit in room every morning. Large shower. Continental Breakfast included with room cost was very good as was the servers. Good coffee. Hot tube water could have been hotter. Pool was under renovation but had access to another hotels pool. Location was excellent, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Overall was a very good experience

We mostly enjoyed our stay at Habita Hotel -- the hotel has very nice amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, and rooftop bar). But our room was a deluxe king that was not well maintained. There were small stains on the carpet and the drapes and our bed's headboard had chipped paint on it. The room is advertised as having a balcony, but it is very narrow -- I imagine it's good to smoke cigarettes, but has no other function beyond that, you can't really sit out there. It was nice to have some fresh air in the room occasionally. The hotel staff were all amazing and the complimentary breakfast was beyond my expectations -- fresh juice, charcuterie and cheese were available in addition to more standard things like yogurt and cereal and toast. The hotel is walking distance to Chapultepec park and the neighborhood (Polanco) has several highly rated restaurants. Beyond that Polanco is mainly a high end shopping neighborhood so there is not much to see walking around. It is very centrally located and easy to get to other neighborhoods in the city. Please be aware that hotels.com lists this hotel as having an "24-hour airport shuttle" which is incorrect. It is not a complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel has drivers that can come and pick you up, but you have to pay for this service.
