Amazing space love the root too and the rooms and all the staff are amazing . Great area .

Hotel was located perfectly located to nearby attractions and shopping. Accommodations are rather basic but staff is quite friendly. There is a noticeable lack of any wall art in the hallways and guest rooms which stood out to me and made the place feel a bit "cold", Overall, I would stay here again!

Hotel was centrally located with lots of facilities and stuff were great

Room overlooked ugly interior courtyard and was made of frosted glass. No sense of daylight.

The room I had was sleek and modern, with a nice bathtub. It was a great place to relax after a long day at the pyramids of Teotihuacan. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer to really enjoy the rooftop and pool!

Fresh, contemporary and well-located.

The welcome was nice and staff was friendly, but we were not informed of the internal construction going on. The construction started 8 am and was extremely loud and did not allow us to sleep. When we mentioned it to reception, they said they would tell them to start later, but the same thing happened on our second morning at the hotel. We should have been informed of the construction in advance to allow us to make a decision as to whether or not we wanted to stay there. This ruined our sleep and mornings on vacation. In addition to the internal construction, the second night in the hotel, the guests across the hall were making a raucous in the hallway at 4 am, yelling and all. I called the reception and complained. They said they would send security. When security arrived, instead of telling them to be quiet, he was offering them more wine or beer. I had to open the door and ask the guests to stop making noise so I could sleep, which was an uncomfortable situation as they were clearly intoxicated. I am disappointed in how the hotel handled the matter after I called reception. Lastly, there was construction at the pool and it was out of service.

We loved this hotel. Such a good area, very safe! Excellent staff!

Beautiful hotel and a great area.

The hotel staff was wonderful but I was disappointed that the boutique hotel that was cute and quirky is now an old hotel that could use some work. The location is still excellent and I will return here but with lower expectations
