The staff treated us like family. Loved the stay.

Everyone onsite was super helpful and accommodating. Great hospitality.

The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The only thing we noticed was the floor transition between the bedroom and bathroom had nails sticking up that we had to be cautious about avoiding.

This hotel was well located. It is an easy walk to the Saenger Theatere and the French Quarter. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us The courtyard was a relaxing place to sit and the off road parking was secure and easy to access. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay!!! The room was charming and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and the hosts were very kind and helpful. There was coffee in the hall, Parking was available and there was a lovely yard with tables and umbrellas. We would definable recommend it.

Upon arrival our room was clearly not cleaned. The bed was made with dirty sheets and floor was clearly not vacuumed in a while. As well as nothing else being wiped down. The manager was great but said she would refund the room for a night and the refund did not come through to hotels.com. The location was decent, but rundown. If cleaned up I would possibly stay again but not in the state it is currently.

this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel in New Orleans. I arrive for a check-in and was told that my room reservation was canceled. I asked why and they said it was because my card had been declined. That was impossible because I booked two months ago and had the room on hold on my card and came in to pay the remainder at check-in.. When I asked why I was not notified of this beforehand, they could not give me a reason. They offered to send me to their other hotel a mile out of the area we wanted to stay in. The location was awful, and the grounds were dirty. I do not understand how this hotel is still in operation. It is certainly not a hotel but a motel. And I run down one at that. I would give zero stars. Do not recommend this location. Spend the extra money and stay in a nicer place with more professional service.

We stayed here for one night in New Orleans after a cruise before heading home. We had a great time shopping and walking around the French Quarter. The staff was excellent very nice and had our room already when we got there in the morning. They are also called us a cab for the next morning to take us to the airport. I would totally recommend this place to stay while visiting in New Orleans

Tish the general manager was very warm abd welcoming. All staff was friendly. Great location. Super comfy bed.
